Understand the difference between common room and master room before choosing your rental.
Common room
A common room is usually more budget-friendly. Bathroom may be shared with other occupants. It is suitable for tenants who want lower monthly rental and do not mind sharing facilities.
普通房通常租金较低，厕所可能需要与其他住户共用。适合预算较紧、可以接受共用设施的租客。
Master room
A master room usually comes with an attached bathroom, more privacy and sometimes more space. Rental is higher, but it can be more comfortable for couples or tenants who prefer privacy.
主人房通常有独立厕所，隐私更高，空间也可能更大。租金较高，但适合情侣或重视隐私的租客。
Decision tip
Choose based on budget, privacy, work schedule and how much time you spend at home. Do not choose based on rental alone.
